What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and textiles must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Yes, all Ello® furniture and decor items come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality for your home.

Do you offer international shipping?
